Last Minute Holiday Gift Guide - Edition 2016

One week until Christmas and I'm in the same situation as last year, the year before and the year before, lol. Last minute Christmas shopping kind of became a ritual. My problem is, when I think of gifts early then I tend to go overboard and try to buy expensive stuff even though it's not necessary to spend my entire salary on gifts and end up broke, lol. Not that my loved ones don't deserve it but you can make someone happy with some simple flowers, a card or just a visit. Nonetheless, if you are Christmas shoppers, I do have a last minute gift guide - which is secretly my wish list - for you. I put a lot of thought in these gifts and some of them I personally been wanting for some time, are really needed or will just come in practical.

#LFW Street Styles

Who else enjoyed walking through the streets in London looking at all the amazing outfits during London Fashion Week? When I love something, then it's fashion and being inspired by how people wear different styles. Fashionistas were on point in their way of dressing and I saw all the autumn trends from floras to velvet and lace as well as leopard print, pleats, shiny materials, denim and the new autumn trend colour red. I can't even decide which one is my favourite, lol. I wasn't really in the mood for autumn until I saw all the great trends and now I literally can't wait to renew my wardrobe as I've had a major sortation recently and gave a lot of stuff to charity.
I've partnered up with Farfetch to show you guys my favourite street style outfits during LFW and to make my little gallery complete and for the love of maxi dresses, I've added some catwalk pictures for you guys.

Enjoy and let me know which one is your favourite!

Denim x Perspex

Looking at my Social Media feeds it is barely not to notice that I basically sleep in this denim jacket, lol. Not literally but I don't even know how I lived without it. It's been all about denim but I promise, this is the last post about it for now. I've shown you guys loads of variations now on how to wear a denim jacket but this one is my favourite. As simple as this outfit is, as special it is! A half leg jumpsuit is the best to wear to in this transition time from summer to autumn, you won't be too warm and not too cold and you can mix it up with trainers, sandals or heels and wear different jackets just like a denim jacket, bomber or leather jacket on top... or even a sweater for more casual days. There's not much more description needed, sometimes you just need an outfit to speak for itself, so I'll just state where I got the pieces from and get you guys to be inspired!
Just a little info, if you would like to order the perspex heels from Public Desire, make sure to buy one size up!

Before I finish this post, I would like to take the opportunity and thank all my followers and readers for showing so much love and support. It means a lot to me and I hope I'll keep on inspiring you!

Celebrating Culture in African Time

Guilty! I know it's been a while guys...πŸ™ˆπŸ™ˆπŸ™ˆ December is just such a busy month, probably for everyone. Christmas parties, gatherings with friends and on top of that it was my birthday. Anyways, I got an amazing collaboration for you guys with Mr. Syno Watches owned by a good friend. He recently launched the first watches back in July and I love the idea of African textiles inspired watches! When you go to the website, definitely check out the "about us" section explaining what culture means to him.

"The watches are driven by the fascination of the beauty and aesthetics of these African textiles and the cultural significance they hold."

What I personally like the most is that the watches are named after big cities in Africa. Mine is called "Harare". If you've been following me for a year now (wow, time is flying!), I visited Zimbabwe last year December/ January and I had the most amazing time.
If you like them just as much as I do, go to the website and find your city or the city you can relate to!
I also got 10% off your purchase with the discount code WATCH10OFF. (valid until 31st Jan 2017)
Happy Shopping!

Coming to my outfit, as the watch is very colourful, I tried to keep my clothing in natural colours to match and to make the watch stand out more. Lace up is really everywhere right now and I came across this super comfy dress from Missguided, which is not only comfy but also very affordable. You guys already know that midi dresses are my favourite so I don't even have to go there, lol. Threw on my ripped denim jacket, which basically matches with everything. Let me not even pretend I wasn't freezing when shooting this outfit but I felt like that this was the perfect matchπŸ˜† Anyways, you can style the dress with boots or trainers and a coat or shearling jacket as well for these cold times now.
I hope you guys enjoyed this post and leave a comment how you like the watches!
